Is this a good NBA basketball trade?

I was thinking about this trade in the NBA earlier for my Chicago Bulls. Would both of the teams agree to this trade; Loul Deng, Kirk Hinrich and Joakim Noah for Corey Magette and Jamal Crawford? Would it be smart for the Golden State Warriors and Chicago Bulls? What are some trades the Chicago Bulls should do?
