Why the Bulls are better off without Ben Wallace?

Well, to start off, when Wallace is on the court, the Bulls are technically playing with 4 offensive guys and the opposing team knows this. It’s hard to play 4 man basketball in a 5 on 5 game. Let’s take the Bulls vs. Nets and Bulls vs Pistons games that recently took place. The Bulls blew both of those teams out WITHOUT Wallace. By adding a guy like Thabo into the rotation instead of Wallace, it made them quicker and added another offensive prescence. It probably raised their team free throw percentage not to mention. The abscence of Wallace also lead to increase minutes for Tyrus Thomas who thrived in this abscence. He was all over and connected on alley oops, dunks, and put back dunks. His ability to jump as high as anyone on the NBA lead opposing players to change their shots when they saw Thomas. The Bulls actually played like a team that was unstoppible without the 60 million dollar 10 rebound a night man.
